Gift cards purchased from Fluz Away LLC are individual merchant gift cards. They are not “Fluz Away gift cards”.
All gift cards purchased from Fluz Away LLC are considered final. As stated in the app, gift cards purchased from Fluz Away LLC are non-refundable, except where required by law.
Please visit the merchant’s website prior to purchasing a gift card from Fluz Away LLC — gift cards are subject to that individual merchant’s terms and conditions.
In case Fluz Away LLC can accommodate a refund, it may be subject to a restocking fee. The restocking fee is determined on a case-to-case basis and may range from 10-40%.

Gift cards purchased from Fluz Away LLC is a merchant’s specific gift card. It is not a “Fluz Away gift card”.
When a product/service purchased with a gift card is returned, the merchant may:
- Return the balance on the same gift card. In that case, you may use the same gift card found in the Fluz Away app for future purchases.
- Return the balance on a new gift card. In that case, please coordinate with the merchant.
- Return the balance to your “online wallet” or account found in that merchant’s website.
Prior to canceling your product/service, we recommend that you contact the merchant’s customer support and inquire how your gift card may be refunded.
